World Premiere Documentary - Alabama's Rick Bragg: Out of the Dirt


Rick Bragg's family background has been famously and brilliantly chronicled in his books and other writings. Now comes a film biography of the acclaimed storyteller/journalist/teacher/Pulitzer Prize winner that every fan simply should not miss. Funded by The Alabama Humanities Foundation, directed by Alice Yeager, produced by Al Hammond, with cinematography provided by Awaken Films, Out of the Dirt is a superb account of Rick Bragg's life from birth to the present day.

This is the world premiere folks, so get your tickets now if you want a chance to see this excellent film. Tickets are $29 and include a signed hardcover first edition of the final book in Rick Bragg's Family Trilogy, Prince of Frogtown. Copies of all Rick's books will be available for signing, as well as DVD's of the movie.
