Jack Pendarvis

Jack Pendarvis was born in Bayou La Batre, and now lives in Atlanta. His work has appeared in McSweeney's, The Believer and the Oxford American, and he is a contributing editor to Paste Magazine. His stories have been anthologized in the 2006 Pushcart Prize anthology and elsewhere.

His work is difficult to describe but a pleasure to experience, infused with humanity and laugh-out-loud funny. Comedic literary talent of this caliber is rare.
