MARTHA WURETLE AND JAKE COLLINS (pictured below from our Wall of Fame) formed a dynamite team to produce this book. Martha, a lifelong Homewood native, began collecting photographs and conducting interviews in 1983 as president of the Friends of the Homewood Library and Jake incorporated the history of Homewood into his curriculum while teaching at Homewood Middle School. Thank you Martha Wurtele and Jake Collins for signing our books.
