JOHN T. EDGE (pictured below from our Wall of Fame)  has been a friend of the store for more than two decades. He is Director of Southern Foodways Alliance, an institute of the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at the University of Mississippi. He has written and edited more than a dozen books, served as food editor on NPR, and appeared television shows as diverse as CBS Sunday Morning to Iron Chef.  Thank you John T.
